Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or other technical domains.
• Proven experience designing and implementing training strategies at scale.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in training or L&D, with at least 3 in a leadership role within a tech or IT environment.
