Experience

3-5 years post-NYSC experience in a telecommunications or telecommunications servicing company

Key Responsibilities

– Design, plan, and integrate international and national roaming services

– Develop and implement RAN sharing and MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) strategies

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless roaming services

– Troubleshoot and resolve roaming-related issues

– Analyze and optimize roaming traffic and revenue

Technical Skills

– Strong knowledge of mobile network architecture and protocols (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)

– Experience with roaming protocols (SS7, Diameter, GTP)

– Familiarity with RAN sharing and MVNO concepts

– Proficiency in network planning and optimization tools

Soft Skills

– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

– Effective communication and collaboration skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Education

– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

*Certifications:*

– Relevant certifications in telecommunications or networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
